Parents/Guardians must complete an Online Acknowledgment Form for the 2026-2027 school year and agree to complete and return them to the school, as necessary. All forms for the 2026-2027 school year will be available on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

If your child needs a regularly-scheduled pick-up or drop-off at any location other than their registered home address, please complete the Child Care Transportation Form. This form must be completed annually.
